Description
I know it is not a released operating system yet, however I'm running the Developer Preview of Windows 8 and would like the opportunity to test drive Swish on it. When attempting to install I get the error message:
Unsupported operating system, major=6, version=2.2, sp=0.0, type=1

Using the *.msi worked like a charm. Thanks again for the awesome software! Keep up the terrific work. :)

Reopening because this is still a bug we have to fix eventually, even if only in the bootstrapper.

The latest release (v0.6.1) uses dotNetInstaller v2 which works with Windows 8.

That's annoying. This is probably code from the installer bootstrapper (not really part of Swish). Have you tried the standalone MSI installers from: http://sourceforge.net/projects/swish/files/swish/swish-0.6.0/ You probably need the x64 one.
