Columns are too narrow in 'Details' view

Description

When in 'Details' mode, the folder view columns are far too narrow. If I drag them to increase their width this is correctly remembered but their initial size is the problem.

I've tried to set the size bigger programatically but it doesn't seem to work the way the MSDN documentation describes. Need to look into this some more.

Fixed. Rather than calculating the width from the column header as MSDN implies, we use a fixed width.
