Develop back-end that doesn't wrap a command-line program

Description

Wrapping command line programs is not proving to be an effective way to create an SFTP backend. We need to develop a back-end that uses a library or other code to do this.

 libssh2 seems the most promising at the moment. It compiles on Windows as-is.
