We were prodding the shell data object with a STGMEDIUM whose tymed field didn't match the FORMATETC. Windows 8 is more strict about this and was returning E_OUTOFMEMORY.

Include library source in test project.

The library is header-only and doesn't really have source files, not as CMake sees things. This change forces the library header files to be included in the generated project file to make development easier.
